Welcome to PhenixOps!

Consider this site as both a source of knowledge as a showcase of my skillset.
Currently i am building and expanding my infrastructure to be able to run my own shop. I getting ready to provide my services to customers.

My background

I have a solid experience in Linux Administration and hosting Websites, basically my knowledge is everywhere between the wires and the frontend. I can work on small and large scale environments, in the cloud or on premise.

I like things to run save and secure while remaining available and being monitored. I have a strong operational focus combined with a curiosity for open source and the Internet in general.

Most of my experience is centered around the Linux/Apache/Mysql/PHP stack but also running JAVA applications. This can be situated on a Cloud or Virtual environment, i do all flavors. I use Open Source tools to create my platforms and share my experiences here. This also makes a lot possible on a small budget for your business or project.

In this time and age privacy and security is becoming more important, we all want our data to be safe. I am able to provide advise on how to create that with the use of tools and the right mindset.

If you run a small business and need some help on your website or internet presence we can work something out. Just send an e-mail to tech@phenixops.net

Fun Projects

I am also working on some projects on Raspberry Pi and Arduino Linux RTL-SDR projects with a DVB stick, follow that here:

Free Tips and Tricks

I like to structure information and provide tips and tricks on system administration, basically i share a part of my documentation here:

Most of the topics are based on Debian Linux and bash scripting.
